  • Classes will run for 6 weeks from 3:30-4:30 
  • Students will remain with the instructor until class begins
  • The instructor will dismiss students from the front main entrance of the school individually
  • Please do not enter the building before dismissal

    Games Galore with Tracy Pierce - $140

    Each week students will learn to play a new board game! Board games are great for number sense, problem-solving, and positive social interactions with peers. Students will have the opportunity to work on these skills and have some fun with their friends!

    Kindness & Wellness with Miranda Dambrot - $155

    In this fun and inspiring class, students will learn how to spread kindness like confetti all around Gillette! Through creative projects and hands-on activities, we will explore the power of kindness, teamwork, and self-care. Students will create kindness posters, make friendship bracelets, paint, and design crafts that promote positive messages in our school and community. We’ll also practice mindfulness, wellness techniques, and ways to build strong friendships and healthy habits. Join us as we work together to create a kinder, happier school environment—one project at a time!

    Let's Paint! With Tracy Pierce - $140

    Who doesn’t love to paint? Each week students will have the opportunity to paint a picture, using a different medium or method. Watercolor, marble painting, and sponge-painting are just a few examples. Students will come home with their creations each week, so make room on the fridge! 

    **Please note - paintings will dry in my classroom overnight and I will send them home with students the following day.

    PE Games and Activities with Josh Manto - $150 

    This is a great opportunity for kids to move, have fun, and socialize with their peers. Mr. Manto will have the students playing PE class favorites as well as introduce some new games and activities.

    Brick by Brick Solutions with Josh Manto - $150

    Students will work together to build different engineer-themed projects using Lego bricks.

    Silly Snacks with Tracy Pierce - $155

    Students will use food to create a themed snack! Bananas can be turned into penguins, apples can become monsters, and we can use marshmallows to make snow men! Students will create their snack, then eat it while listening to a story.

Chef it Up with Mrs. Lee & Mrs. Meleika (Grades 2-5) - $245

Come join Mrs. Lee and Mrs. Meleika in a fun, exciting, and interactive no-bake cooking class! Each week, kids will have the chance to create their favorite snacks and sweets, from refreshing snow cones and adorable Oreo penguins to Valentine’s Day cookies and Groundhog Day pudding cups. Seasonal surprises like a gingerbread contest and pizza-making are sure to keep the fun going! Peanut/tree-nut-free options will be available to ensure everyone can safely enjoy the treats.   Let’s get cooking! 

  

Roblox with Andrew Nestler (Grades 2-5) - $120

Students will dive into the world of ROBLOX, giving them the creative freedom to build and explore new worlds.  We will explore new servers each week offering up team based competitive games, tycoons, and simulators. Students will work together, join games as a group or simply enjoy the company of like-minded gamers in games of their choice. 

No previous experience necessary. ROBLOX accounts can be pre-made or students can make them for free in class.

Soccer Stars with Melanie Muir (Grades 3-5) - $125

Are you interested in learning more about soccer? This class will help you practice core soccer skills like dribbling, passing, receiving, and trapping the ball to help discover the game. It will also teach you important teamwork skills that are required to be successful on and off the field. Through team bonding activities and practicing soccer skills, we will be on the road to becoming soccer stars!

Slimeology with Dana Cursi and Jenny Tremarco (Grades 2-3) - $155 (CLASS FULL)

Does your child LOVE slime? If so, this is the perfect class for them! Students will make a different type of slime each week using a unique set of ingredients to go with the theme for the week. Children will be able to bring home their slime creations!

 

Swiftie with Mrs. Lee and Mrs. Meleika (Grades 2-5) - $245

Are you ready for the ultimate Swiftie adventure? Join Mrs. Lee and Mrs. Meleika for a six week after school class packed with Taylor Swift-themed fun, creativity, and excitement! 

Each week, we’ll dive into a new activity inspired by Taylor’s iconic eras. From tie-dye shirts to friendship bracelets, songwriting, and a glittering disco party, this class will leave you feeling like a superstar.  

Whether you’re a long-time Swiftie or just love having fun, this class is the perfect place to express your creativity, make new friends, and celebrate all things Taylor Swift!

Cursive Club with Pam Kmetz (Grades 2-5) - $125

This club is for all students, those who have not been exposed to cursive at all, those who possess only some limited knowledge of it, to children who have been exposed to cursive handwriting instruction and are interested in increasing legibility and fluidity. We will practice writing the letters of the alphabet individually, forming and linking letters together, as well as working on creating our formal signature. 

Each class will begin with a gross motor activity to awaken the large muscle groups. Next, we will move into a visual motor activity to get the eyes and hands working together. Then we will work on fine motor skills, the handwriting portion. We will end each session with self- and/or group assessments.

 

Ultimate Engineering with Andrew Nestler & Emily Pellegrino (Grades 2-5)- $120 (CLASS FULL)

Students will be given a task to accomplish (water rockets and building bridges are just a few). They will then plan, design and craft their own solutions. Their designs will be put to the test to determine who is the Ultimate Engineer.

 

Volleyball with Mrs. Meleika (Grades 2-5) - $175

Join our 6- week Volleyball Basics class designed for grades 2-5! Learn fundamental volleyball skills like serving, passing, and teamwork through engaging drills and activities. Our experienced instructors foster a positive and encouraging environment, emphasizing sportsmanship. The program concludes with mini-games and skill challenges, ensuring a fun and enriching experience that instills a love for volleyball and essential life skills. Dive into the world of volleyball with Mrs. Meleika!

 

Watercolor With Me with Christine Cancellieri (Grades 2-5) - $150

Come explore the world of watercolor painting as you learn about the fundamental techniques, play with color, and create beautiful artwork through step by step instructions.  Each week you will create and take home your unique masterpiece.

Lisbona Sports with Mike Lisbona (Grades 2-5) - $125

This class will feature 2 to 3 different activities each week.  Activities will include discussions on nutrition, bones & muscles, Dodge Ball (foam ball), Volleyball (beach ball), Soccer, Basketball, Kick ball & Wacky Kickball, Team Hand Ball, Capture the Flag, and Hyperspace/tag games.  Please note, activities may vary depending on the age of the class. 

 

Creative Lab: Where Science + Art = SCART! with Mrs. Kmetz (Grades 2-4) - $185

This club is for students who want to combine Science and Art to learn about the world around them through projects and activities. Students will explore their creative side from painting to sculptures! These easy ScArt projects incorporate art and science for a truly fun learning experience. We will do experiments and investigations to stimulate inquisitive minds and produce works of art that they can take home to share their new knowledge with their families.
